Our Story

Aine Dempsey is the founder of HD Office Solutions. Graduating from National University of Ireland, Galway with a degree in business, Aine moved to New York to pursue her career.

Aine started her experience working for one of New York’s fastest growing construction firms, holding the position of financial controller. The experience working in an office that was home to six different companies allowed Aine to become a master at multitasking and allowed her to gain extensive knowledge in everything from cash flow management, insurance requirements, accounts payable and receivable to AIA billing, subcontractor requirements and financial reporting.

In 2020, Aine obtained her New York real estate license, and is also a notary public. In addition, she holds certifications in payroll processing and AIA billing.

HD Office Solutions is a local, rapidly-growing, small business with the goal of implementing comprehensive systems in our clients business to enable them to focus on what they do best. We want to organize our clients books, office, calendars and improve the overall functionality of our clients lives.
